When an item sells PimpArtworks charge a Base Price for its production, to which the artist sets a chosen markup price (Commission). An item’s Full Retail Sale Price = Base Price + Artists’ Commission.

The artist will receive 100% of their commission which is paid to them on a monthly basis provided it is greater than £50. If it is any less, then it’s simply rolled on into the subsequent month and thereafter until it is.

You need to upload high resolution images to PimpArtworks. The larger the better. Larger images allow us to offer larger print sizes at better quality. The image’s Dots Per Inch (dpi) is irrelevant, it’s the number of pixels in the file which is important.

When you upload your image it will go through PimpArtworks Quality Control software which will automatically determine what sizes it is possible to print to. If your image is rejected at larger print sizes, please do not manually change the pixel dimensions of your image and try again. This will mislead our image quality control system and products may come out blurred and pixelated.

At PimpArtworks supporting copyright is of extreme importance and also a non-negotiable policy. You must only upload content which you have created yourself, have permission to use and which you have authority to allow PimpArtworks to use. Browsers and customers must also respect the copyright of all content viewed or purchased on the website and must not distribute it without the authorisation of the content owner.

At all times artists retain full ownership to any content they upload to the website. They grant PimpArtworks a royalty free, worldwide license to produce and distribute artwork on their behalf for as long as the content remains uploaded. Our right to reproduce the images for sale to the public is completely dependant on the artist’s participation on PimpArtworks.

All products are dispatched from the PimpArtworks Studios in the United Kingdom. We can deliver to Europe, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Africa.

PimpArtworks create each and every item to order and aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days of an order being placed. Shipping times vary depending on the item type ordered and the delivery location.

Estimated shipping times for orders delivered to the United Kingdom are usually 5 business days. European orders 5-10 business days. Elsewhere 10-20 business days dependant on the country’s custom office procedures.
